Peggy Slaughter

After graduating from The Ohio State University, Peggy started her career in financial planning in 1983, earning her Certified Financial Planner designation in 1989. In 1990, she entered the qualified retirement plans profession, providing investment and compliance services for clients of a Third Party Administration firm. Having since earned her Charted Retirement Plans Specialist and Accredited Investment Fiduciary designations from the College for Financial Planning, Peggy brings over 25 years of experience to our Retirement Plans Consulting services.

Racey Morris

Racey attended The Ohio State University. After gaining years of experience working as a financial planner for a local bank, Racey founded RMG Financial Group in 2001. Racey specializes in working with individual investors and small business owners. He earned his Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation from the College For Financial Planning in 2008.

James J. Karsatos

The Karsatos Financial Network (KFN) was started in 2000 by James J. Karsatos (Jim) in the Arena District of Columbus, Ohio. Jim is a Series 7, 63, 24 licensed registered representative as well as Life and Health insurance licensed with the State of Ohio. After playing football at The Ohio State University and a brief stint in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins Jim set out on a career in the financial services industry.

In the first 15 years of his career, Jim experienced a broad range of products and services in the financial services industry. His began at the Ohio Company where he was an active equity trader, sold Initial Public Offerings and municipal bonds. He was recruited to John Hancock the manage the mutual funds area for the largest agency in the country and eventually got his insurance license and was active in annuities and Estate Planning. After JH, Jim moved to the Bank Stock Group to help them transition to what is now Diamond Hill, a 9 billion dollar money manager and mutual fund company in Columbus.
